Goetz Fitzpatrick Secures Victory for NY Real Estate Broker in Multi-Million-Dollar AAA Arbitration Case Over South Carolina Mall Purchase Allegations
Goetz Fitzpatrick successfully defended a leading NY Real Estate Broker in a case brought by a developer in which it was claimed that the broker had violated fiduciary duties and made misrepresentations regarding a purchase of a mall in South Carolina. After multiple days of arbitration, the arbitrator found in favor of the broker. We were successful in representing the respondent in the major muti-million-dollar AAA Arbitration which resulted in all claims being dismissed.
