Scott D. Simon represents companies and individuals in bankruptcy proceedings, complex commercial and construction litigation, and general corporate matters. During law school, Scott was Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review. He has authored multiple publications for the ABA Section of Litigation News & Developments, Real Estate Weekly, and Fordham Law Review.
