Zara is originally from Montreal, Canada. She graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology. Zara went to law school at Université de Montréal where she obtained both a JD and an LLB. Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick, she worked at a small firm with a focus on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, construction matters, real estate, and false advertising before New York Supreme Court. Zara also has experience working in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. She is admitted to both the New York Bar and USPTO.
