Paul Skurman heads Goetz Fitzpatrick’s Commercial and Real Estate Finance Group. He has extensive experience in representing lenders and borrowers in the areas of commercial mortgage financing, business loans, and loan workout and recovery matters.

Paul helps his clients access a full range of resources, advising them on viable financing options, the pros and cons of each, and how best to structure loans to achieve their goals. Among other types of lending, Paul has closed numerous real estate loans secured by owner-occupied and investment properties, lines of credit and term loans, loans secured by cash value life insurance policies, and subscription lines of credit.

Prior to his current transactional practice, Paul practiced for many years as a commercial collection attorney. His experience in this area greatly benefits his banking clients in structuring loans and preparing loan documentation.
