Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick, Judy was a commercial real estate and litigation associate at a mid-sized law firm and represented lenders in both commercial real estate transactions and in real estate litigation. She successfully brought properties located throughout New York City to foreclosure.  

Judy's experience in both commercial real estate finance and real estate litigation strongly positions her to advise lenders through multiple lenses.
