Emma is an Associate in the Trust and Estates group at Goetz Fitzpatrick. Prior to accepting this position, she interned with small Elder Law and Estate Planning firms on Long Island. Emma also interned with Mental Hygiene Legal Services in their Guardianship Department where she focused primarily on Article 81 Guardianship proceedings.
