Experience
Christopher Rodriguez is an associate at Goetz Fitzpatrick, focusing on all aspects of complex corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has actively represented clients in state and federal court and private arbitration, focusing on commercial, corporate, and contractual law, UCC transactions, securities, and trademark matters. His practice centers around assisting clients in the construction, banking, hospitality, and financial industries, but his versatile background easily translates to all corporate and commercial concerns.
At Fordham University School of Law, Christopher served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Latin American Law Student Association, and an Associate Editor of the Environmental Law Review. During law school, he clerked with the Honorable Sherry Klein Heitler, J.S.C. and spent a summer living in South Korea interning with Samsung Electronics’ international legal team.
Prior to law school, Christopher worked for Merrill Lynch’s Legal and Estate team.
Christopher prides himself in taking an active role in his community and also develops and manages multi-family investment properties in the area. He shows his clients the same dedication that he shows in all other facets of his life and approaches each matter with an open mind backed by a broad range of knowledge and experience in the fields he represents.
