Benjamin Blum is a Senior Associate at Goetz Fitzpatrick, focusing on all aspects of complex corporate and commercial litigation. He has actively represented clients in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums. His practice has focused on commercial, corporate, and contractual law, real estate litigation, UCC transactions, securities, and creditors’ rights proceedings. Benjamin’s background has easily translated to other commercial concerns including high net worth matrimonial and estate matters and real estate transactions. 

Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick, he practiced at a boutique firm with a focus on contract disputes and creditors' rights litigation.

During law school, Benjamin was Associate Notes and Articles Editor of the New York Litigator Law Journal.  Since 2015, he has been an Deputy Village Attorney (Prosecutor) for the Village of Valley Stream.  He is an avid baseball and football fan.
