Andrew Herrera is a Senior Associate at Goetz Fitzpatrick, supporting the Trusts & Estates Group on matters involving estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. 

Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick LLP, Andrew was an Associate with the Counsel to the Public Administrator of Queens County, where he handled all phases of estate administration and estate litigation on behalf of the Public Administrator.  

During law school, Andrew interned at the Queens County Surrogate’s Court under Hon. Peter J. Kelly and assisted Associate Dean Margaret Turano as a Research Assistant on current New York Surrogate’s Court decisions and updates in the law as reported in The New York Law Journal.
