Experience

Aaron Boyajian concentrates on business law and transactions, specializing in real estate and closely-held companies.

Aaron represents all sides of the table in commercial, multi-family, and high-end residential real estate purchases and sales, including refinancing and construction loan transactions. He also represents both property owners and tenants, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases for corporate office and retail space and data centers.

On the corporate front, Aaron counsels clients on the formation of new companies as well as restructuring and providing guidance to existing ones. He has handled asset and stock purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, and employment agreements. He also supports businesses in trademark matters, helping them to register their brands and protect their intellectual property.

In both the real estate and business arenas, Aaron’s broad transactional experience enables him to structure deals in a practical manner so that they run smoothly and allow him to accelerate the time to value for his clients.

Aaron is a proud member of the board of directors of the Pajama Program, a New York City-based national charity dedicated to promoting a comforting bedtime routine for all children. Pajama Program supports families with virtual reading parties and provides new pajamas and books to underprivileged children who are abused, orphaned, or fostered.
